The main frustration for company owner is only the negative evaluations are displayed. The positive reviews are pushed below to a “not suggested” area, which causes them to hard to find.

Although it doesn’t influence the Yelp rating, it can certainly be really frustrating if potential clients see negative reviews at first sight.
